Quality

Quality is important to us and our clients. We satisfy all quality requirements laid down by our customers, some of whom are tier 1 players.

As HVCA members we are subject to regular third-party inspection and assessment to ensure our technical and commercial competence. We are also able to seek commercial, legal and technical advice, health and safety guidance, and employment affairs assistance. This means that we are better placed to serve out customers and to follow a program of continued performance development.

We are also TIVA registered suppliers. TIVA set up Approved Supplier Lists for large businesses so that they can cut risk and cost, improve compliance and further develop their suppliers. This means that you can rest assured that our business practices and services are consistent with TIVA standards and above board. In many cases being a TIVA registered supplier might already be on your list of requirements for subcontractors.

The Gas Safe register recently replaced the Corgi accreditation scheme of which we were members for many years. Being on the Gas Safe register means that we are proven competent to undertake work on gas systems at all levels including pipework, boilers and appliances. We are registered for both natural gas and LPG. Our Gas Safe Registered number is 188406.
