Modular Pipework

We are specialists in the fabrication of modular pipework for commercial and industrial applications.

Working across a wide range of materials, as listed below, we can offer complete interpretation of architectural/engineering drawings for dedicated or mixed services to customer specification.

One of our key strengths is our 40,000sq ft facility in West Thurrock (25,000sq ft Interior & 15,000sp ft yard with seperate office) close to the M25 which is fully equipped with a range of MIG, TIG and electric arc welding equipment is our ability to lay out and test connections on large modularised sections in preparation for a quick on site installation.

Welding is carried out to BS2633 (class I), ASME IX or BS2971 (Class II). All welders are qualified in accordance with BS EN 287 .

We can arrange for full design assistance and detailing to be carried out for the modularisation of complex pipework systems. Our large drawing office is perfectly suited for client meetings and reviews of technical drawings. We can also undertake full structural calculations for modular components and skids.
