CAD Design

We offer full design assistance and detailing services as well as undertaking structural calculations where required. Our modern facilities are equipped with the latest computing systems as well as A0 plotters and a large drawing office with tables for inspection and review.

Modularisation: PAC can examine any required areas of your contract and in conjunction with your client’s designers or site team produce various modular solutions. These include riser modules, various pump / plant skids, corridor modules etc. From this we will then carry out our own structural design of the modules, including full calculations for lifting if required. We then produce detailed structural steelwork drawings and also pipework fabrication isometrics.

Pipework Prefabrication: PAC can produce fully detailed prefabrication isometrics from your 2D / 3D CAD models which we use for fabrication and also assist in our site installation. These cover full weld traceability - after pipework is fabricated they can be marked up with welders ID’s and any NDT undertaken and form part of a QA Package.
